
Knighthawks to practice twice this weekend in Irondequoit

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Knighthawks will practice twice this week at All Star Sports Arena in Irondequoit, NY, which is located at 557 East Ridge Road. The Knighthawks will hit the floor on Friday, December 22nd and Saturday, December 23rd.
On Friday, the team will practice from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. The Knighthawks will then hold a 10:00 a.m. to noon practice on Saturday. The practices are free and open to the public. Players and coaches will be available for autographs following the workouts.
The Rochester Knighthawks will open their 13th season of professional lacrosse on Saturday, December 30th against the defending National Lacrosse League champion Colorado Mammoth. Game time is set for 9:00 p.m. at the Pepsi Center. Rochester plays its home opener on Saturday, January 13th against the Toronto Rock at 7:35 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War Memorial.
The Knighthawks return to action after making their 12th playoff appearance in the team's 12-year history. Last season, Rochester finished with a 9-7 record and advanced to the East Division Finals.
