Knighthawks to Face Toronto Rock in Opening Round of 2024 NLL Playoffs

(Rochester, NY) - The Rochester Knighthawks will face the first-place Toronto Rock in the single-elimination Quarterfinals of the 2024 National Lacrosse League Playoffs, which are scheduled to get underway later this weekend.
The opening round, winner-take-all matchup against the top-seeded Rock is set for Saturday, April 27 at 4:30 p.m. at FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton and will be carried live on TSN, ESPN+ and TSN+. The contest can also be heard on Big 107.3 FM.
The Knighthawks secured a postseason berth for the second straight year, claiming the eighth and final playoff spot by way of a 12-3 win over the Philadelphia Wings on Sunday at Segar & Sciortino Field at The Blue Cross Arena.
The winner of Saturday's contest will move on to face the winner of the Bufalo Bandits and Georgia Swarm in the best-of-three Semifinal round, scheduled to commence Thursday, May 2, through Sunday, May 5, and continue Thursday, May 9, through Sunday, May 12.
