Knighthawks Score with Solid Promotional Schedule

In 2011, fans can outfit the family and show their support for the team by picking up giveaway items like a wall decal, bobblehead, T-shirt, tote bag, rally towel, Silly Bandz and magnetic schedule.

The Knighthawks will open the home portion of their schedule on Saturday, January 15th against the Toronto Rock at 7:35 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena. The first 10,000 fans that night will take home a magnetic schedule.

The Boston Blazers and Casey Powell will come to town on Saturday, January 29th. The first 5,000 fans that night will receive a Knighthawks T-shirt. The following weekend, Silly Bandz will be the featured giveaway, courtesy of Time Warner Cable. Make sure to be one of the first 5,000 fans to sport these collectible Knighthawks accessories.

On Saturday, February 12th, fans can "swarm" to The Blue Cross Arena as Rochester hosts Minnesota on Cody Jamieson Bobblehead Night. The No. 1 overall pick and former Syracuse and Six Nations star will have 3,000 likenesses handed out to the fans.

When Toronto comes to Rochester, the first 5,000 fans can pick up a Knighthawks Wall Decal prior to the Saturday, February 19th showdown with the Rock. On Saturday, February 26th, the Knighthawks will host the Edmonton Rush in front of 5,000 fans waving rally towels.

On Saturday, March 26th, the Urology Associates of Rochester (UAR) will host Men's Health Night. The first 5,000 fans will receive a tote bag and the Knighthawks will wear special jerseys, which will be auctioned off that night. That evening, Rochester will host the Philadelphia Wings. On Saturday, April 9th, Rochester will hold Fan Appreciation Night as they entertain the Buffalo Bandits. The team will hold its annual awards night prior to the game.

Throughout the season, fans will be able to bid on bears made by their favorite players at all eight home games. Players making bears at the Build-A-Bear Workshop© included Aaron Bold, Scott Ditzell, Cody Jamieson, Jordan Hall, Kyle Laverty, Sid Smith, Scott Evans, Shawn Evans, Pat O'Toole and Craig Point.
