
Knighthawks' Legends Night Thursday

The Rochester Knighthawks will host "Legends Night" from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 15th at Scotland Yard Pub to benefit CURE Childhood Cancer Association. At the restaurant, located at 187 St. Paul Street, fans can meet BEE Morning Coffee Club host Jeremy Newman, members of the Knightingales Dance Team, former NHL Coach of the Year Ted Nolan, and Amerks and Knighthawks Hall of Famer Jody Gage.
The grand prize is a pair of tickets to see Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band on Friday, April 13th at 7:30 p.m. at First Niagara Center (Buffalo, NY). Raffle items also include jerseys from the Knighthawks, Philadelphia Wings, Toronto Rock, Hamilton Nationals, Rochester Rattlers and Six Nations Arrows.
Silent Auction and raffle winners will be selected at 8:00 p.m. As an added bonus, make sure to stop out to watch NCAA Basketball tournament games with Knighthawks players Joe Walters.
After 5:00 p.m., free parking is available in the lot at 191 Bittner, which is the next street over from St. Paul (right off the inner loop in the Kovalski Carr parking lot across from the church).
"We are so excited to play a part in this and raise money for such a great cause! The partnership that we have built with the Knighthawks has been a beneficial one and we encourage everyone to come and help us raise money," said Scotland Yard Owner Nancy Geraci. "I have heard that Jeremy is the Tom Cruise of cocktail making, so I am excited to see what he can do and how much he can raise for the event."
