
Knighthawks Announce Training Camp and Preseason Schedule

The Rochester Knighthawks announced their 2018-19 training camp and preseason schedule today. The Knighthawks will open camp this weekend at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena (ILA) in Six Nations.
The Knighthawks will hold their first training session on Saturday, Dec. 1 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The following day, the team will practice from 10:00 a.m. to noon and from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Prior to the Dec. 10 roster submission date, the Knighthawks will hold four practices and play in one preseason game. Rochester will take on the Georgia Swarm at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9 at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre (TRAC).
The Knighthawks enter training camp fresh off an appearance in the 2018 National Lacrosse League Finals. Rochester finished 10-8 to secure second place in the East Division. The Knighthawks were rewarded with a franchise-record 10 postseason honors.
Rochester opens its historic 25th season on Saturday, Dec. 29 when it hosts the Philadelphia Wings at 7:30 p.m. at Connors & Ferris Field at The Blue Cross Arena. That evening, the Knighthawks, in conjunction with iHeartMedia, Inc., will honor their All-Time Team.

Wednesday, Dec. 5 Practice from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at ILA
Sunday, Dec. 9 Preseason game at 1:00 p.m. at the TRAC
