Kitsap Pumas News Release
Bremerton, Wash. - The Kitsap Soccer Club today announced its first-ever indoor exhibition match in advance of the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL-Pro) for the upcoming fall/winter professional indoor soccer league.
The club will play this coming Sunday evening at Bremerton's Olympic Soccer and Sports Complex (Pendergast Park). Kickoff is at 8 p.m.
Tickets will be sold at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m. Adults are $7 and kids, ages 4-15 are only $5. Children under 4 are free.
The club also announced today that it has reached agreement with the following players: Josh Gilson, Victor Green, Justin Gressang (GK), Bryan Iotte, Stephen Pirotte and Grant Sterley.
Others reaching agreement are former Portland Timbers defender Thomas Ryan and one-time Puma and current Yakima Reds striker Vini Oliviera.
"We're in a constant state of development with the roster," said the club's executive director, Ben Pecora, "and we have leads on several other key players. This has already proven to be a great tool for the Pumas as we recruit and develop talent. Final cuts are a little ways off, so there remains a nice window for us to continue evaluations."
Fans are encouraged to consult the club's website (www.kitsapsoccerclub.com) and facebook pages regularly for updates concerning player signings, schedule updates, special events and exhibitions.
