Brooklyn, NY: It was announced today that the Defending Eastern Division Champions, the Brooklyn Kings of the United States Basketball League will host tryouts on Saturday (5-9 p.m.) February 25, 2006 and Sunday (10-2p.m.) February 26, 2006 at Medgar Evers College (The City University of New York, 1150 Carroll St. Brooklyn, NY 11225-2201
between Nostrand and Rogers Avenue; Subway Station: President Street 2 or 5 Train(s).
The cost is $50 for all college students whose eligibility has expired and $125 for all others. Non-refundable payable in cash, money order or certified/cashier's bank check to the Brooklyn Kings Basketball Club, LLC 7014 13th Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11228
Absolutely no personal check will be accepted. All Participants will receive a complimentary practice jersey shirt upon payment.
Tryout fees refunded if players make opening game roster.

As a member of the Brooklyn Kings you have the opportunity to showcase your skills and prove yourself to the rest of the basketball world. If you are interested in becoming a Brooklyn King, bring the right attitude, athletic ability, professionalism and be able to perform hard-nose basketball with a smile.
Native Brooklynite Head Coach and General Manager Kenny Charles (former Brooklyn Prep, Fordham Ram, Buffalo Brave and Atlanta Hawk) will be evaluating players who have exhausted their college eligibility and are qualified under NBA guideline to play professional basketball.
