Kings announce cancellation

Brooklyn Kings News Release


Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Brooklyn Kings, North East Pennsylvania Breakers will not be traveling to the June 8 game scheduled for a 7:00 PM tip-off.

Brooklyn Kings (11-11) look to finish off the regular season with a strong showcase of their talent in a subway series with current Eastern Conference leader Long Island Primetime (12-11). The series consists of 4 games, which will begin on Saturday, June 10 at LIU-Brooklyn's Schwartz Center for a 2:00 PM tip-off, followed by a home finale on Friday, June 16 for a 7:00 PM tip-off. The Kings will head to Elmcor (Elmhurst, NY) to face off against their rival on Wednesday, June 14 for a 7:00 PM tip-off. The Kings regular season will conclude with a 3:00 PM tip-off at Long Island Primetime at Elmcor (Elmhurst, NY).

As the season winds down, the race for the Eastern Division Championship will comedown to the team play in the upcoming games. The Brooklyn Kings are looking for New York's support as they are focused on improving their 11-11 record with a strong push for a third consecutive Eastern Division Championship. The Kings will look to bring home their first USBL Championship to Brooklyn as the USBL Championship Tournament will be held on June 23-25 in Dodge City, Kansas.
