Chicago Hounds News Release
Hoffman Estates, IL. The Chicago Hounds are happy to announce free tickets to all children 12 years old and under. Director of Youth Hockey, Mark Peters is delighted to have families out to see a great afternoon of Hounds action, "Bringing families into the Sears Centre at an affordable price is our priority. We love to see the stands filled with kids and we hope everyone takes advantage of this great opportunity," says Peters. This announcement comes on the heels of Chicago introducing $1 Wednesday's for the rest of the season where fans can get all beverages and hot dogs for just $1.
In addition to this great proclamation is an opportunity for fans to skate at the Sears Centre after the game! Any fan can bring their skates to the rink and tuck them under their seats during the game. After the contest is finished the entire Hounds roster will make their way onto the ice to skate along with the fans.
Chicago will be playing host to the Rockford IceHogs on Sunday afternoon at 4pm. In six games this season versus the IceHogs, the Hounds have two wins and four losses. Two days earlier, the Hounds will visit the Rockford MetroCentre as the interstate and conference rivals battle it out for position in the standings. The last Hounds Sunday game of their inaugural season is on February 25 with the puck dropping at 4pm.
If you would like more information about the Hounds or tickets to see them play, please contact 847-882-2255 and ask for Mark Peters. Additional tickets outside the free offer are going for $8 through Mark at the Hounds office. This deal is not good at the Box Office.
