The Party at the Park continues as the Kernels start the second half of the MWL season with a six game home stand. Here's what you can expect at the ballpark each of the six games:

June 22-24 vs. Beloit

The Kernels open the first six game home stand of the second half with a three game series against the Beloit Snappers, the Midwest League affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.

It's Realty TV Night on Friday, June 22 as the first 1,000 fans through the gates when they open at 5:30 pm get a Survivor Rally Towel from the Kernels. Poof up your hair, create your alliances, and get your bling out as we bring Reality TV night to Veterans Memorial Stadium! Be entertained as we'll conduct special promotions centered around some of America's favorite Reality TV shows! And, it's the Kernels Friday Mug Club, presented by Sip N Stir and 98.1 KHAK. Purchase a 16 oz. mug for $5 and get it filled with domestic draft beer or soda at the Kernels Concession Stands. Bring it back every Friday home game for $2.50 refills and take your mug to Sip N Stir for $2.50 refills any time. Gates open at 5:30 pm and the Kernels take on Beloit at 6:35 pm.

The Kernels will wear special jerseys on Saturday, June 23rd as part of Autism Awareness Night that will be sold via a silent auction during the game with the proceeds to benefit Autism Awareness. Then, after the game, enjoy a spectacular FIREWORKS show, presented by Procter and Gamble. Fireworks nights are very popular so order call 896-7560 or visit www.kernels.com to order your tickets now. Gates open at 5:30 pm and the Kernels take on the Snappers at 6:35 pm.

Sunday's are always a fun day and the Kernels have a great day lined up on Sunday, June 24th when the Kernels take on Beloit at 2:05 pm. It's a 104.5 KDAT Run the Bases Sunday where fans can get autographs from the Kernels before the game, play Travel Advisors Baseball Vacation Bingo during the game for a chance to win a trip to Anaheim and see the Angels in 2013, and run the bases and play catch in the outfield after the game. Meet Storybook Princesses Jasmine, Ariel and Tiana on the concourse, thanks to Glass Slipper Entertainment. World-class juggler Doug Sayers will be on hand to entertain fans throughout the game and enjoy the balloon artistry of Papa Balloon and face painting by Funny Face Designs by Lori on the main concourse. Gates open at 1:00 pm.

June 25-27 vs. Burlington

The Kernels continue their six game home stand with three games against the Burlington Bees, the Midwest League affiliate of the Oakland Athletics.

You'll want to be here for a spectacular display of power on Monday, June 25th for the CR Parks and Rec Department Home Run Derby. Six of the best home run hitters from the Parks and Rec Department will be sending softballs flying out of Perfect Game Field before the game. The Kernels take on Burlington at 6:35 pm and the gates open at 5:30 pm.

The home stand concludes with 6:35 pm game against Burlington on Tuesday, June 26th and Wednesday, June 27th. Gates open both days at 5:30 pm.

104.5 KDAT Run the Bases Sunday: Every Sunday home game, fans can get autographs from the Kernels players on the concourse from 1:20 to 1:40 pm. Play Travel Advisors Baseball Vacation Bingo for a chance to win a trip Anaheim in 2013 and see an Angels game. And after the game, kids (and adults) can run the bases and play catch on the field. Z 102.9 Thirsty Thursday: 12 oz. draft beer is $1.50 all game and get bottled soda and water for $2.

Kernels Mug Club, presented by Sip N Stir with media partner 98.1 KHAK: Buy a 16 oz. souvenir mug filled with your favorite domestic draft beer for just $5.00 and get refills at the Kernels concessions stands for just $2.50. You can also take the mug to Sip N Stir after the game for $2.50 refills and bring the mug back to every Kernels Friday home game for those $2.50 refills.

Noon Game Lunch Combo Special: Every Kernels noon home game, get a Lunch Combo Special, consisting of a sandwich (hamburger, cheeseburger, brat or hot dog), chips or popcorn and 16 oz. domestic draft beer or 20 oz. bottled soda or water for just $7!

Tickets for all Kernel home games are available on-line at www.kernels.com ; in person at the Kernels Ticket Office, or by calling 896-7560 during Ticket Office Hours. The Kernels Ticket Office is open from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday. The ticket office is closed on Sunday, but opens at 11 am on Kernel Sunday Home games.
