The Kelowna Falcons beat the Walla Walla Sweets on Monday night 8-7 in 14 innings.
Kyle Pearson would finally break the tie scoring on a wild pitch after leading off the bottom of the 14 inning with a double. Pearson would finish 3-5 and would hit his first homerun of the season.
Brandon Marris picked up his first win of the season four hours and 31 minutes after the opening pitch.
With the win the Falcons climb within one game of the final playoff spot in the East Division and still have 34 games remaining on the regular season schedule.
The Falcons will host the Sweets on Tuesday night at Elks Stadium, gates at 5:30, first pitch at 6:30pm. Its a Toonie Tuesday, all tickets are just $2.00.
