Kats Sign Former Rush Star Fleshman

NASHVILLE (Feb. 23, 2005) The Nashville Kats have signed veteran WR/LB Lindsay Fleshman to their practice squad. Fleshman (6-1, 200) played with the Chicago Rush during the 2002, 2003 and 2004 seasons.
The three-year AFL veteran is no stranger to acclaim. He was voted Chicagos Ironman of the Year by his teammates after the 2003 and 2004 seasons. The James Madison star also earned Ironman of the Game honors six times during his time in Chicago. He has also been named the leagues Ironman of the Week once. Before joining the Rush, Fleshman played for the Roanoke Storm in af2 during the 2001 season.
The Kats return to Nashville against the Las Vegas Gladiators on Sat., Feb. 26 at 7:30 p.m. CT. Tickets are available by phone at 615-565-4700, or through Katsonline.com.
