February 25, 2005 - Arena Football League (1987-2008) (AFL I)
Nashville Kats News Release

NASHVILLE (Feb. 24, 2005) – The Nashville Kats have made a few roster moves in advance of their home game with Las Vegas on Saturday night at the Gaylord Entertainment Center. Nashville has placed WR/DB Jarrick Hillery and DS Rober' Freeman on injured reserve, and has activated WR/DB Reggie Stephens and FB/LB Levelle Brown.

The Kats placed Hillery (5-10, 200), who leads the team in touchdowns, on the IR after pulling his hamstring in the second half of last week's loss at New York. Freeman (5-10, 185) joins him on the list after suffering a hamstring injury of his own in practice last week. Freeman started the first two games of the season at defensive specialist.

To replace Hillery and Freeman on the active roster, the Kats activated Stephens (5-10, 200) and Brown (6-0, 245), both of whom had been on injured reserve since suffering shoulder injuries in week two.

Fewer than 1,500 seats remain to Saturday's game against Las Vegas. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the GEC box office and all Ticketmaster outlets. They are also available by phone at 615-255-9600, or online through ticketmaster.com.

Taco Bell To Reward Boys & Girls Club For Kats TD's

Taco Bell, a Nashville Kats sponsor, announced on Friday that they will donate $50 to the Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee for every touchdown that the Kats score at home their home games this season.
