St. John's, NL - The NBL Canada announced on Wednesday evening that Junior Cadougan of the St. John's Edge has been named the NBL Canada Most Improved Player for the 2018-19 season.

Cadougan started 35 of his 39 games that he appeared in this season. Over those games he averaged 12.9 points, 4.4 assists, and 4 rebounds. He shot 46.5% from the field and had a 2.2 assist to turnover ratio good for 16th overall in the league.
