The Cleveland Junior Barons are proud to announce the signing of Jacob Cepis to a playing tender for the 2004-05 season.
Cepis, the 5'9" 165 lb center from Parma, OH, has been playing for the Cleveland Barons Midget Major squad this year. Currently in 37 games Cepis has 20 goals and 26 assists for 47 points, also appearing in 6 Junior A games Cepis has 2 goals and 2 assists.. In the previous season, Cepis had 17 goals and 23 assists in55 games for the Barons Midget-Minor squad.
Barons Head Coach/General Manager Tim Alexander states "Jake Cepis has the potential to be a big time scorer in junior hockey, with his work ethic and skills his potential has no bounds."
Many accomplishments of Cepis include playing on three US Olympic festival teams as a 14, 15 and 16 year old. Jacob currently carries a 3.67 GPA at Parma High School.
