Finishing with a game-high 17 rebounds, Sylvia Fowles grabbed 11 boards on the defensive end to become the franchise all-time leader in defensive rebounds (1,473), passing Rebekkah Brunson (1,470).
Fowles tallied her 9th double-double of the season (189 career), recording her fourth 20+ point game by connecting on 9-of-14 shooting from the field. Fowles became one of just four players in the WNBA to tally 20+points/17+rebounds/3+assists/1+blocks with just one turnover. This threshold hasn't been met since 2018 when Liz Cambage reached the feat (also Brunson 2013 and Lisa Leslie 2002.)
In 21:59 minutes of action, Rachel Banham added 24 points off the bench, tallying her second consecutive 20+ point game (third this season). Banham connected on 8-of-12 shooting, including 4-of-6 from deep.
Banham registered 16 of her 24 points in the fourth quarter, connecting on 6-of-8 from the field, including 4-of-5 from deep in 6:40 minutes played. The 16 points marks a career-high for points scored in any quarter. Banham made eight of Minnesota's last 10 points to push Minnesota to under three points with 10.4 minutes left In the fourth.
Banham has connected on 19 3-pointers in her last five contests, becoming one of two players to hit at least 19 from deep in a five-game stretch, behind Katie Smith.
Banham and Fowles combined for 44 of Minnesota's 87 points on 17-of-26 from the field (65.4 percent).
Team Notes
The Lynx bench outscored the Wings 43-20, Minnesota has now outrebounded their opponent in 18 of 25 games this season and have the highest rebound per game percentage in the league (37.8).
Minnesota's 40-28 rebounding edge over Dallas marks the second consecutive game outrebounding their opponent and the ninth game this season that Minnesota grabbed 40+ rebounds.
The Lynx finished the third quarter 30-14, marking a new season-high and opponent low in third quarter. Minnesota added an additional 30 points in the fourth quarter, marking a season-high In fourth quarter points, to finish the second half with 60 points, a season-high in the final 20 minutes.
The Lynx open a two-game road stance with their first back-to-back game of the season, traveling to Indiana Fever on Friday, July 15. Tipoff is slated for 6:00 pm CT and will broadcast on Bally Sport North Extra and CBS Sports Network.

Arike Ogunbowale led Dallas with 32 points on 12-of-24 shooting from the field, six rebounds, five assists and three steals in 34:28 minutes of action.
