Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks News Release
JAMESTOWN, NY - The Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks (9-31-3-0, 21 pts) pushed to come back in the third period, but it was not enough to overcome the Jamestown Rebels (25-19-2-1, 51 pts).
The Hat Tricks fell 6-2 against the Rebels on Saturday night. Less than a minute after Jamestown's fourth goal of the game, Matthew Danziger answered with a goal of his own. He was assisted by Richard Davis and Hunter Young. A few minutes later, Young ripped a goal past Jamestown's goaltender Nolan Suggs.
Marino Ramirez faced pressure throughout the game, making 25 saves on over 30 Jamestown shots Saturday night.
The Hat Tricks will continue their road trip on March 4th against the Maryland Black Bears at the Piney Orchard Ice Arena, where they will play a two-game series. The puck is set to drop at 6:30 pm and can be seen on HockeyTV.
