Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs News Release

BOSSIER CITY, LA - Before we officially say goodbye to the 2009-2010 season, the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs would like to take one last opportunity to thank all our fans and supporters with our 2010 Fan Appreciation Night/Season Send-Off! The event is set for tomorrow evening from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Elks Club & Lodge No. 122 at 310 E. Preston Avenue in Shreveport.

All fans are invited to join us tomorrow as we celebrate the Mudbugs' 13th season, which took us from Opening Night back in October all the way to an exciting run through the 2010 CHL playoffs. Although that journey ended one win short of the President's Cup Finals, there is still plenty to celebrate from another successful year of Mudbugs Hockey in the Ark-La-Tex!

Head Coach Scott Muscutt and Owners Tommy & Leslie Scott will speak at the event as we recap the accomplishments of the season and salute the fans who continue to make Bossier-Shreveport one of the best home cities in the CHL. Mudbugs players will be in attendance to sign autographs and visit with fans one last time before they depart for the summer.

We'll also be hosting a live auction of the Mudbugs' game-worn black jerseys from the 2009-10 season. Don't miss out on this chance to own a one-of-a-kind piece of Mudbugs history as this year's black jerseys from every player on the team are auctioned off to the fans.

Doors will open at 6:30 pm tomorrow at the Elks Lodge, with the evening's events set to begin shortly after. Beverages (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) will be available for purchase at the Elks Lodge bar. For more information, call 752-BUGS or visit www.mudbugshockey.com.

Season and group tickets are on sale by calling 318-752-BUGS (2847) or by visiting our website at www.mudbugshockey.com.
