
Join the Amerks Team at the 2014 Relay for Life

Rochester Americans News Release
(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans are inviting fans to join their team for the 2014 Relay For Life event at Frontier Field, hosted by the American Cancer Society and the Rochester Red Wings. The overnight, community walk around the warning track at Frontier Field will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19 and conclude the following morning, July 20, at 6:00 a.m.
Fans are invited to join the Amerks in their fundraising efforts by visiting www.amerks.com/relayforlife, where they can make a donation to the American Cancer Society or join the Amerks' Relay team. Fans that donate a minimum of $5 will be automatically entered into a raffle for an autographed Brian Gionta Buffalo Sabres jersey. For each additional $5 donated, fans will receive an additional raffle entry. Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
Members of the Amerks organization, including the team's mascot, The Moose, and Hall of Fame broadcaster Don Stevens, will take part in the relay.
