Philadelphia, PA, January 15, 2008 - The Philadelphia KiXX announced today that the club has partnered with the nationally acclaimed architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning firm EwingCole to present John Barry Nusum as the bobblehead giveaway for the current 2007-08 season. The doll will be distributed to the first 2,500 fans, 14 and under, and all season ticket holders on Saturday, January 19, as the team entertains the Baltimore Blast. Game-time at the Wachovia Spectrum is slated for 7:05 pm ET with the doors opening at 6:00 pm ET.
The 2004-05 MISL Rookie-of-the-Year has scored three goals and recorded three assists for nine points in 11 games this season. Nusum has been battling a knee injury this season that has kept him out of four games.
EwingCole has been the presenting sponsor of the KiXX bobble head for the past five seasons. Last season's bobble head was represented by team captain Pat Morris. The team's previous honorees include mascot SocceRoo, player/coach Don D'Ambra, Shawn Boney, player/assistant coach Kevin Sloan, and All-Star goalkeeper Peter Pappas.

Before the January 19 match against Baltimore, the KiXX will be in Chicago on January 18 to face the Storm. The game will be televised live on the Fox Soccer Channel beginning at 8:00pm ET.
