Fargo-Moorhead Jets News Release

(Fargo, ND) Harrie and Galt earn their keep on the ice in series with Southern MN and Springfield.

Offensive: Marc Harrie (Fargo, ND) gives 125 percent every time he hits the ice whether it is practice or a game and he assisted on a goal in Wednesday's 4-3 loss at home to the Express. In Friday's 6-2 to loss at Springfield he tagged another assist then came back on Saturday to get a power-play goal, short-handed goal and two assists in the throttling 6-2 win. On the week he netted two goals and three assists

"He doesn't play to his size and his non-stop, go-go attitude I wouldn't trade for anything. I wish I could have 100 more Harrie's," chuckles coach Kinslow.

On the season Harrie has skated in all 52 games providing 37 points (18G, 19A).

Defensive: Erick Galt (Fargo, ND) stepped up and dropped every man in his way while collecting two goals and an assist n the process. In the series against the Express, Galt got two goals and an assist. The goals helped turn around the game but it just wasn't enough as the Jets fell 4-3 both nights. In Springfield he played with aggression and passion while getting banged up to miss Saturday's 6-2 win.

"Erick took taking the body to a whole new level this week and punished guys willing to skate into the corners with him," remarks coach Kinslow with a smile.

On the season Galt has appeared in 32 games gaining 21 points (5G, 16A).
