Jersey Flight News Release

TRENTON - The Jersey Flight have signed former Utah State WR Jaren Colston-Green. Colston-Green most recently played for the Orlando Predators in 2019.

"Jaren has good size and speed, but his tenacity with the ball in his reach is what attracted our staff to him as a player," Flight head coach Terrence Foster said. "His ability to get yards after the catch will make him a playmaker in the NAL. Jaren is a very talented young man that I feel can fit right into this Flight community." Foster also added, "Don't be surprised if you see him getting some defensive snaps."

Colston-Green started his college football career by redshirting at Oklahoma State as a freshman. He then attended Arizona Western College before transferring to Utah State as a sophomore. During his career at Utah State he recorded 15 catches, 354 yards, and two touchdowns. Colston-Green began his professional career with the Orlando Predators, playing in three games and recording four catches for 31 yards, adding two tackles defensively.

"I'm looking forward to creating that chemistry with my new teammates and to compete with those guys and start to bring in that winning mindset to our team," Colston-Green said.

Colston-Green grew up in Tallahassee, Florida and attended Leon High School. He is the son of former NFL WR Willie Green, who was a member of the 1997 & 1998 Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos teams.
