
Jeremy Smith Assigned to Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has assigned goaltender Jeremy Smith to the Milwaukee Admirals
Smith appeared in three preseason games with the Predators, posting a 1-0-0 record with a 1.50 goals-against average and a .952 save percentage. The Dearborn, MI native completed his first full season with the Admirals in 2010-11, posting a 16-8 record with a 2.26 goals against average, a .921 save percentage and a pair of shutouts. Smith started every game in the post-season for the Admirals and compiled a 7-6 mark with a .931 save percentage and a 2.28 GAA.
Smith and the Admirals will continue their 2011 Training Camp this week and will have a pair of pre-season games, including one at home on Friday, September 30 at 7:00 pm at the Kern Center, before opening the regular season on Saturday, October 8th in Peoria at the Rivermen. The Admirals will commence the home portion of their schedule on Friday, October 14th at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center against the Chicago Wolves.
