His 45-yard touchdown reception was the longest for the BlueCats this season, and the longest of his career. Jennings has scored 65 touchdowns over his 5-year career and been honored by the league in their weekly awards three different times. This is the second time in his career he's been chosen as UIF Offensive Player of the Week, with the other time occurring in Week One of 2005. Earlier this season, Jennings received UIF Special Teams Player of the Week "Honorable Mention" honors following Week 13.

Defensive back AJ Bryant earned UIF Defensive Player of the Week honors for the 2nd time this season (Week 11, Week 16). Last week against the Rage, Bryant tallied 8 tackles, one tackle for loss, and made his league leading 8th interception of the season. So far in 2007, Bryant leads the team with 64 tackles on the year, and has single season team record of 8 interceptions. He's scored 3 touchdowns this season with two on interception returns, and one on an 11-yard pass reception. He's also passed for a touchdown, tossing a 32-yard touchdown pass on his only attempt of the season. This is the 4th UIF award of his career, earning the UIF Defensive Player of the Week award 3 times (Week 15, 2006, Week 11 & 16, 2007) and Defensive Player of the Week "Honorable Mention" honors once. (Week 4, 2007)

Wide Receiver Levron Williams has earned UIF Special Teams Player of the Week "Honorable Mention" honors. The former First Team All-Big 10 running back at Indiana University and Bosse High School star saw his first action of the season as the BlueCats kick returner last week. He took advantage of his opportunities with 3 kick returns for 69 yards, giving the BlueCats excellent field position on all 3 returns with a 23-yard average per kick return. He also made one pass reception for 8 yards against the Rage. Williams is the BlueCats leading receiver this season with 34 receptions for 429 yards and 10 touchdowns. In 31 games of his BlueCats career (2003, 2006, 2007) he's gained 1,410 all-purpose yards and scored 38 touchdowns.
