Wheeling, WV- The 2002 & 2003 National Champion Ohio Valley Greyhounds welcome the return of the one of the leaders from the past two championship teams Allan Jackson.
The Greyhounds are pleased to announce the signing of Allan Jackson from the Temple University. Jackson is a 6", 235 pound strong safety/linebacker.
Jackson is a four year veteran of indoor football, with Erie Invaders,in Johnstown and two championships in Wheeling 2002 & 2003. Allan was an IFL All Pro in 2000 and has been all NIFL 3 years. Jackson has 13 interceptions with four being return for a touchdown. In 2002, Jackson recorded a league leading 168 tackles. While at Temple, Jackson was Temples first ever Big East player of the week 3 times. Allan was a n All Conference cornerback and a D1 All American 110 High Hurdler.
Jackson was a pre-season member of the 1999 New England Patroits.
