Milwaukee Mustangs
The Milwaukee Iron have acquired wide receiver/defensive back Brad Black from the Green Bay Blizzard for defensive back Donnie Amadi.
Black has seen very little playing time with the Blizzard, but should get more of an opportunity to play for the Iron. Amadi was with Green Bay in 2007 and 2008, so he will have no problem fitting in.
Blizzard Owner Brian Noble mentioned on Newsradio 620 WTMJ in Milwaukee with Bill Michaels that some of the former Blizzard players on the Iron wanted to come back to Green Bay, and Amadi was obiviously one of them.
The trade helps both teams, Green Bay needed a little help at defensive back and Milwaukee has been having some injury problems at wide receiver with Kellen Allen being on injured reserved and Antoine Burns missing a game.
Also last week the Iron signed fullback/linebacker Brian Sylvas. Sylvas played for the Milwaukee Bonecrushers of the Continental Indoor Football League last season.
