Iowa Cubs To Hold Anthem Auditions

Des Moines, IA - The Iowa Cubs will hold National Anthem auditions on Saturday, March 20 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Space is limited and fans will be notified in the following weeks if they are chosen to sing the National Anthem at an Iowa Cubs home game during the 2010 season.
The auditions will be held on the field at Principal Park with a live microphone, just as if it were a game. No appointment is necessary, just show up at Gate C and fill out paperwork at the front desk.
The Iowa Cubs open the 2010 season at home against the Nashville Sounds, the triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, on April 8 at 6:35 p.m.
