(Kannapolis, NC) - The hottest team in the South Atlantic League, the Hickory Crawdads, rolls into Kannapolis on Monday to start a 4-game series with the Intimidators.

The Intimidators are hosting the first of two Education Day's on Monday which will feature a special 10:00am start to accommodate several thousand students expected to attend with their classes.

Hickory dropped Sunday's game with Savannah 9-6 and enter the series with Kannapolis at 25-10, the best record in the S.A.L.

Left-hander Tim Bittner will start for Kannapolis, which returns home after a 2-8 road trip. Leo Nunez will throw for Hickory.
