Originally drafted by the Muskegon Fury of the United Hockey League in 2004, the 5-10, 190lb swift-skating right defenseman parlayed proficiently a superb 2009-10 campaign with four different teams, including his third separate stint in Muskegon with the IHL Lumberjacks. The "Fighting Irish" product certainly made an indelible impression with the `Jacks as on three occasions he earned elevation to the AHL with a trio of clubs; namely the Providence Bruins, Grand Rapids Griffins as well as the Manitoba Moose. It was with the latter club that he remained for the duration of last campaign crowned with an appearance in the AHL Calder Cup Playoffs.
