IceHogs to reschedule upcoming home games

Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs, proud members of the United Hockey League, announced Friday a pair of game changes to the remaining 2004-05 home portion of their schedule. The Rockford MetroCentre, home of the IceHogs, has confirmed two concerts forcing the Hogs to switch two games on the upcoming schedule, including the IceHogs Muscular Dystrophy Auction game on Saturday, April 9.
A Josh Groban concert, originally scheduled for Saturday, February 26 caused the Hogs to postpone their game against the Kansas City Outlaws to Monday, March 14. Due to a change in Groban ¬â¢s concert schedule the game has been changed back to February 26. The contest will start at 7:05 p.m. and season ticket holders should use their season ticket with Game 31 for admittance to the game.
CentreEvents has confirmed a concert yet to be announced for the MetroCentre on Saturday, April 9. The Hogs were scheduled to take on the Outlaws that night, and now will play their Western Division rivals on Monday, March 14 at 7:05 p.m. Season tickets holders should use the ticket with Game 39 on it for the Hogs-Outlaws contest on March 14.
To accommodate the schedule change, the IceHogs also announced that the Annual MDA Jersey Auction game will now be played Friday, April 8 at 7:05 p.m. against the Kalamazoo Wings.
The IceHogs are committed members of the Rockford community and continue to try to do our part to help improve the quality of life in the Rock River Valley. We apologize for any inconvenience that will be incurred by our loyal season ticket holders and fans.
