IceHogs Announce Preseason Game Schedule

Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs, proud members of the American Hockey League and primary affiliate of the National Hockey League's Chicago Blackhawks announced their 2011 preseason schedule on Monday.

The exhibition slate will feature three contests, including two at the Rockford MetroCentre and one on the road. Rockford's first preseason game is set for Wednesday, Sept. 28 against the Chicago Wolves at 7:05 p.m. at the MetroCentre.

After a trip to Milwaukee to face off against the Admirals at the Kern Center on the campus of Milwaukee School of Engineering on Friday, Sept. 30 at 7 p.m., the IceHogs will complete their preseason schedule at home on Saturday, Oct. 1 against the Peoria Rivermen at 7:05 p.m.

Rockford's entire training camp schedule will be announced at a later date.
