December 16, 2009 - International Hockey League 2 (IHL 2)
Port Huron Icehawks News Release
PORT HURON, MI - The Pro Shop at McMorran Arena will hold a special Christmas sale during the Port Huron Icehawks game on Sunday versus the Dayton Gems at 5 p.m. Purchase $20 or more in Icehawks merchandise and receive a free ticket voucher for any upcoming home game.
The sale is a perfect opportunity to pick up a gift for the hockey fan on your holiday shopping list. Personalize your gifts after the game as select Icehawks players will be available to sign autographs in the Pro Shop. There will be a limit of one autograph per person.
The sale begins when the Pro Shop opens at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning and continues until the end of the Icehawks game. Game-worn, autographed jerseys are still available for just $50, a savings of over 70%. Fudge hockey pucks are now available for $3 and make a great stocking stuffer.
"This sale gives fans a great opportunity to pick up some new Icehawks gear and show it off at a game," said Jim Greaux, manager of the Pro Shop. "Have your items autographed after the game and take home a one-of-kind gift for yourself or your favorite hockey fan."
The red-hot Icehawks are riding a six game winning streak. They will look to keep the streak alive with two games this weekend. They play at Flint on Friday before returning home to host the Gems on Sunday.
Single game tickets for all Icehawks home games are on sale now at the McMorran Arena Box Office, any Ticket Master location or by phone. For more information, visit www.porthuronicehawks.com or call 810-966-3800.
