
IceCaps Hand out Remaining Awards

ST. JOHN'S, NL - The St. John's IceCaps remaining player awards - Top Scorer and Best Plus-Minus - were determined after Saturday's season finale.
Centreman Bud Holloway led the team in scoring with a franchise-record 61 points, while defenceman Morgan Ellis won the Plus-Minus Award at plus-2.
Other individual awards were presented prior to Saturday's game and included: Gabriel Dumont (Most Valuable Player, Molson Cup Three Stars), Michael McCarron (Top Rookie), Ellis (Top Defenceman), Zach Fucale (Statoil Community Man of the Year), Josiah Didier (Hardest Working Player) and Eddie Pasquale (Fan's Choice Award).
To be eligible for awards, skaters must have played a minimum of 38 games.
