October 31, 2013 - United States Hockey League (USHL)
Indiana Ice News Release
INDIANAPOLIS- Due to inclement weather delaying community "trick or treating" activities from Thursday to Friday, the Indiana Ice would like to welcome fans and families to join them for an extended Halloween extravaganza as they host the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders this Friday (11/1) from Bankers Life Fieldhouse at 7:05 pm.
Friday's game is presented by Stifel Nicolaus and will feature Halloween-themed contests and promotional events throughout the night including costume contests and a variety of fun activities.
Ice mascot, "Biggie," will be greeting fans with candy and will be available for pictures before the game. Intermission events will include a costume contest and a mummy wrapping.
Those fans that use the hashtag #HockeyHalloween on Instagram or Twitter will have a chance to drop the ceremonial first puck at the game. The winner will be chosen by "Biggie" and will be announced via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram at 6:30pm. If you are selected, please meet an Ice representative at the Ice Information Table on top of the stairs in the main concourse. Find us on Twitter @indianaice, Instagram @indiana_ice_hockey and Facebook Indiana Ice.
