INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Ice announced today that the team has acquired veteran defensemen Trevor Owens and Peter Hand from the Waterloo Black Hawks in exchange for defenseman Alex Barron.

Barron skated in 36 games with the Ice this season and registered 15 points (3G, 12A) and 24 penalty minutes.
