
How You Can See the Runners and Caps this Week

The RoadRunners are heading to Blaine, MN this week to take part in the annual NAHL Showcase. Meanwhile, in Topeka, the Capitals begin their regular season at Landon Arena. Here is the schedule for the viewing parties and games that fans can take part in this week.
The NAHL Showcase begins this Wednesday for the RoadRunners as they take on the Keystone Ice Miners at 5pm. Fans can catch all of the action at Skinny's Sports Bar & Grill (4016 SW Huntoon St). There will be no viewing party for Thursday's game against the Johnstown Tomahawks (10am, www.fasthockey.com). On Friday at 5pm, fans can see the Runners battle the Michigan Warriors at the Lazy Toad Restaurant (5331 SW 22nd Pl #2). The final game of the Showcase takes place on Saturday at 6:45 when Skinny's hosts the viewing party for the Runners vs. the Kenai River Brown Bears. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to the viewing parties in order to get a good seat for these exciting matchups.
The Topeka Capitals take the ice for the first game of the 2014-2015 regular season this Thursday at 7pm at Landon Arena. The Caps will be facing the Nashville Jr. Predators in a two game series that will conclude this Friday at 11am. Tickets for both of these games are only $10 and parking is free.
