Houston Aeros announce second annual breast cancers awareness game

HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros are proud to announce that they will partner with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Houston Affiliate to host the second annual Breast Cancer Awareness night on Friday, November 2. The Aeros' involvement in the Foundation actually commences Saturday, October 6, when Chilly and other members of the organization will participate in the 2007 Susan G. Komen Houston Race for the Cure ®.
For the November 2 game, the Aeros are offering a special ticket package that will include a commemorative pink puck with the logos of both the Aeros and the Komen Foundation. The pucks are sponsored by Tradition Bank. In addition, the first 3,000 fans entering Toyota Center will receive a pink premium item.
Fans can get two lower end zone tickets and two pucks for $40, with $14 going to the Houston affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The Komen Houston Pink Honor Roll will be honored at the game. A women's hockey skills competition will also occur during the game. Scheduled participants of the skills competition include: Renee Capps, Jennifer Culham, Jenna Felice, Michelle Gatlin, Teri Sue Johnson, Lacy Nateghi, Kelly Saenz, Malinda Selever, Susan Stone and Mina Tomaro.
