
Horsemen Sign Defensive Back Tyler McFarland

NAMPA, ID - The Horsemen announce the signing of former Chadron State College defensive back Tyler McFarland.
Tyler is originally from the Boise area, attending Boise High School and played college football at Chadron State College in Nebraska. After his college playing career, Tyler received the opportunity to coach football at the college level for two years at Dakota State University and Montana Tech.
Tyler moved back to Idaho in 2022, where he took up playing minor league football in the local ICFL. Tyler currently lives in Caldwell, Idaho, working as a middle school teacher and coach for Heritage Community Charter School.
Tyler attended our winter tryout ultimately receiving the invite into the Horsemen's pre-season camp. Tyler has been working tirelessly to earn a spot on the 25-man roster and looking to contribute to this 2024 NAL season. Welcome to the Posse Tyler!
