Hitmen Stuff Back Packs for Communities That Care

August 10, 2010 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Chicago Hitmen News Release

This Thursday, August 12th, the Chicago Hitmen are doing something a little different with their offseason time. Putting down the weights and skates that traditionally surround hockey players in August, the Hitmen are picking up back packs and school supplies as they support Communities That Care in the North West Suburbs.

Hitmen players will be attending Community That Care offices this Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 9am, as they lend a glove and volunteer to stuff backpacks with back to school supplies for disadvantaged yet deserving children. Communities That Care can be found at 9362 Virginia Rd, Lake in the Hills. (Near Rt 31 & Virginia Rd. From Rt 31, go West on Virginia, turn Right into the first driveway. We are in the end unit.)
