Hideki Matsui to Attend Staten Island Yankees On Sale Event

STATEN ISLAND- Former New York Yankees World Series MVP and Japanese baseball legend Hideki Matsui will be available for free autographs at Richmond County Bank Ballpark on April 12 to fans who purchase any Staten Island Yankees single game ticket from the box office from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. that day. Matsui will be available from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m.
During the on sale event, fans will be able to select their seats for the Baby Bombers' biggest promotional nights, such as the Opening Day world record attempt for most people wearing fake mustaches or the Hero Jersey Series while enjoying heavily discounted snacks from the concessions and mingling with other supporters. Fans can give their seats a test run for free after the event during the Wagner College game at 1 p.m. Part of the child-friendly Fun Zone will be set up as well, giving kids something to do during the event.
