Vermont Frost Heaves News Release
Tickets still remain for tonight's ABA playoff semifinal between the Vermont Frost Heaves and the Blue Central Division champion Wilmington (N.C.) Sea Dawgs, who will tip it off at 7:05 p.m. at the Aud in Barre.
Fans may purchase tickets in the lobby of the Aud beginning at noon today. They may also pick up any tickets already purchased over the phone or the Web through the Flynn Regional Box Office. The Aud itself will open at 5 p.m.; the lobby will remain open until tipoff for walk-up sales and will-call pickups.
The Sea Dawgs, 130-112 victors over the Mississippi Miracles on Sunday afternoon, are led by ABA All-Star Cedric McGinnis and former Maryland star Byron Mouton, who was a member of the Terps' 2002 NCAA title team. The Frost Heaves, who boast the ABA's top defense and hold the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, eliminated the Bellingham (Wash.) Slam 119-103 on Wednesday in Burlington.
