September 15, 2021 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks News Release
The Danbury Hat Tricks opened up their action at the NAHL Showcase in Blaine, Minnesota on Wednesday. It was the Hat Tricks first game outside of the NAHL eastern division as they took on the St. Cloud Norsemen. The Hat Tricks could never get going offensively and eventually fell 7-1 to the St. Cloud Norsemen.
The Hat Tricks and Norsemen were scoreless through one, but the flood gates opened in the second - leading to a four-goal barrage from St. Cloud. The Hat Tricks showed some life in the third period with a shorthanded goal from Gabe Dombrowski but surrendered three more goals in the frame
The Hat Tricks will continue this showcase with a game against the Anchorage Wolverines Thursday, looking to get into the win column for the first time this season. Puck drop is scheduled for 8PM EST Thursday, and you can catch all the action live on HockeyTV.
