Hammerheads put some Fite in the bite

The Hammerheads have just signed new Defensive Back Louis Fite of Texas A&M Kingsville. Fite weighs in at 195 pounds and stands 5'8" tall. His previous experience includes the NFL where he played with the Chicago Bears for 3 years, and then went on to play in the Canadian Football League. Most recently he played in the IFL with the Lubbock Lone Stars.

Fite and the Hammerheads travel to Odessa this weekend where they look to avenge an earlier season 45-34 loss. All the action starts at 7:11 and can be heard on 96.5 The Beach beginning with the pregame at 6:50.

The next home game is slated for May 22nd at the American Bank Center. Little "e" (Elvis) will be on hand for the halftime show. The first 1500 fans will receive trading card sets sponsored by Harley Davidson. For tickets call 814-PASS or stop by our offices on the upper level of Sunrise Mall.
