
Halifax Hurricanes Fall to Cape Breton Highlanders at Home

Despite some strong late game runs, the Hurricanes couldn't put together a comeback win against the Cape Breton Highlanders on Friday night at Halifax.
The Hurricanes fell 108-102 to their Cape Breton Rivals for the second Friday in a row.
The Hurricanes got a strong offensive performance from Antoine Mason who finished with 26 points and four rebounds.
Ta'Quan Zimmerman led the first-half offence and finished with 18 points, four assists and four rebounds.
Rhamel Brown delivered a strong physical performance. He had seven points and 13 rebounds.
The Hurricanes hit the road for New Year's Eve game against the Island Storm in Charlottetown and then a January 5 game against the Cape Breton Highlanders in Sydney.
After that, the Hurricanes return to their home floor again for four games in January against the Niagara River Lions on January 12, Island Storm, Saint John Riptide and the defending NBLC champion London Lightning on January 21.
