Atlanta Vision News Release
The ABA Gwinnett Gwizzlies will play a couple of exhibition ballgames around Atlanta to showcase the team to communities in Ben Hill, Decatur and Rockdale county. Each exhibition ballgame will also be a test run for the Gwizzlies game day operations crew.Gwizzlies CEO/Owner Embry Malone states the team was assembled this past spring and after a tough summer pro league schedule of play should be ready. The ABA 2004-05 season will start on November 15, consisting of 37 teams.
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
