Gwinnett Gwizzlies Dancers' Tryouts Scheduled October 9th

The American Basketball Association Gwinnett Gwizzlies will have auditions for their Sugar Bears dance team on Saturday, October 9th at Bally Total Fitness, 5370 Highway 78, Stone Mountain. Registration for dancers is at 12 noon. Tryouts will begin promptly at 1 pm. All interested, talented dancers in good physical condition are invited to tryout for this professional basketball team's dance squad. All contestants must be at least 19 years old with a high school Diploma or GED. Requirements to audition: current resume, headshot/photo, driver's license, $35 non-refundable registration fee.

The Gwizzlies, based out of Atlanta, Georgia, is one of thirty new American Basketball Association expansion teams expected to begin regular season play in November, 2004. All home games for the Gwizzlies will be played out of Life University for this inaugural season.
