NEW YORK -- Due to time constraints, Charlotte Chambers was bumped from Thursday's taping of the Late Show with David Letterman.
"Naturally, we're disappointed, but this is only temporary,'' said Orlando Starz CEO Marsha Beatty. "The staff from the show has been wonderful and we look forward to returning."
Chambers was featured on the CBS Early Show Wednesday morning. That and the release of an Orlando Sentinel article as well as an Associated Press feature have caused the traffic to the Starz website to skyrocket. The site has recorded 5,938 page accessed in the last two days, well up from the average of 1,081.
