
Greensboro Swarm Announce 2019 Training Camp Roster and Schedule

(GREENSBORO, N.C.) - The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA G League Affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, today announced the 2019 training camp roster and schedule. Head Coach Joe Wolf opens camp on Tuesday, October 29, at the Fieldhouse at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
Two-way players entering the 2019-20 season are Robert Franks and Kobi Simmons. Joe Chealey, Josh Perkins and Thomas Welsh represent the affiliate players on the roster.
Including Chealey, the other returnees from the 2018-19 Swarm include John Dawson and Tyler Nelson. 2019 NBA Draft selections, Demajeo Wiggins and Max Montana, also join the team.
Newcomers include Joel Berry II, Mike Davis, Chris Flemmings, Donte Ingram, Ja'Quan Newton and Durrell Summers.

Furthermore, the Swarm announced its training camp schedule with corresponding media availability. Training camp is closed to the public. Practice will be held at the Fieldhouse.
The 2019-20 season kicks off on Saturday, November 9, when the Swarm travel to Erie to face the BayHawks (New Orleans Pelicans affiliate). The Swarm's first home game is against the Westchester Knicks (New York Knicks affiliate) for the annual School Day Game for Guilford County Schools on Wednesday, November 13. Opening Night (Friday, November 22) will see the Swarm host the Windy City Bulls (Chicago Bulls affiliate).
