
Green Named Sher-wood Player of the Week

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Columbus Cottonmouth forward, Tim Green, has been named the Sher-wood Hockey SPHL Player of the Week.
Green scored four goals and had four assists for the week, including the game-winning goal in the shootout against Huntsville on Sunday. He has played in all 23 games for Columbus and has 14 goals and 21 assists. The Camrose, Alberta native currently ranks 2nd in the SPHL in scoring with 35 points.
Fayetteville Fire Antz defenseman, Mike Clarke, was honorable mention with a goal and five assists for the week. He has five goals and 28 assists on the season and he is the only defenseman in the league to lead his team in scoring.
