Gone After One Game...Roy Back to Utica

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA - The Utica Comets of the AHL have called back center Marco Roy from the Alaska Aces of the ECHL.

Roy played in just one game with the Aces, Wednesday night in Boise, Idaho. He did not score and was a -2 with 2 shots on goal.

Roy, 22, has played in 12 games for Utica this season. He's scored one goal with three assists for four points and four penalty minutes.

Roy, a native of Boisbriand, Quebec, was a second-round draft pick (#56 overall) of the Edmonton Oilers in the 2013 NHL Draft.

Both goaltender Michael Garteig and Roy joined the Aces in Boise, Idaho this week for the series with the Steelheads.

The Aces and Steelheads resume their series today at 5:10pm Alaska time in Boise at the CenturyLink Arena.
